“Last night I had the pleasure to attend a session hosted by UK ICF and the amazing Helena Territt on "The Practicalities and Relational Context of Coaching Neurodivergent Clients". I will be honest. I was tired and bruised by a very emotionally intense day. But I am so glad I had a little bit of energy left to attend. I actually felt recharged by the session - although I chose to opt out from the breakout room as I was aware of my emotional capacity! I was absolute in awe of the inclusive way Helena held her session. She really accommodated everyone's need in such a natural, kind and mindful way. I was also absolutely touched by her openness, honesty and vulnerability. This really made me (and I think all of us) feel very safe and held.
