BEYOND AWARENESS, INTO PRACTICE
There is no shortage of introductory neurodiversity content available to coaches, and several complete neurodiversity coaching courses for beginners. What is far harder to find is a programme that goes beyond awareness and into the depth of specialist practice: the relational nuances, the clinical frameworks, the specific tools and approaches that coaches actually need when working with neurodivergent clients.
Created and led by Helena Territt, a qualified ADHD coach, accredited coach supervisor and CIPD Chartered Fellow who was an executive coach for years before her own ADHD diagnosis, it is intended for experienced coaches who are already working with neurodivergent clients, or who want to, and who need more than a brief introduction to do so safely, ethically, and effectively. The content covers the relational aspects of working with cognitive difference, which can be applied across all client work, alongside a deeper dive into the specialist models, tools, and approaches required when coaching neurodivergent individuals.
This is not a course about neurodiversity in general - it's a course about how to coach people whose brains work differently, and how to do it well.
WHAT OUR COACH CLIENTS SAY
"I was absolute in awe of the inclusive way Helena held her session. She really accommodated everyone's need in such a natural, kind and mindful way. This really made all of us feel very safe and held."
FRANCESCA BISCOTTI, PCC
Neurodivergent Somatic Coach
"You cultivate trust for insights, reflections and wisdom to surface. Your openness and humanity are balanced beautifully with your specialist knowledge and skilful holding of space."
KIRSTY KNOWLES, PCC
Senior Practitioner
"I was very lucky to attend Helena's webinar on Cognitive Bias In Coaching. She explained why the person we're coaching might show up differently than we expected: who are we meeting, and not meeting, when we are coaching?"

YOUR TRAINER
"I am a qualified ADHD Coach and Accredited Coach Supervisor. I was an Executive Coach for years before I got my own ADHD diagnosis and learned how to work differently with neurodivergent brains. Coaches can sometimes become stuck when working with neurodivergent individuals. Maybe your usual approach just isn't working, you've hit a rupture you don't understand, or you feel out of your depth and uncertain about neurodiversity and how to approach things differently. I really appreciate anyone who recognises they might be stuck and wants to do the best they can for their client."
