Helena speaks for The International Coaching Federation (ICF)

In response to a call-to-action from their professional membership community, the UK chapter of the ICF announced a LIVE 90-minute webinar session focusing on neurodivergence. They invited Helena Territt to craft this session and hold the space for what emerged on the topic. 

The Practicalities and Relational Context of Coaching Neurodivergent Coaches

Content

  • Helena Territt shared her personal experience of living and coaching with undiagnosed ADHD, and facilitated an engaging discussion around the practical and relational aspects of coaching neurodivergent clients.

  • The session took a blended approach, with some specialist elements to help frame the discussion, and dedicated peer discussion and self-reflection, recognising the wisdom of participants’ experiences, insights, and learnings.
