TRAINING

FOR NEURODIVERGENT LEADERS

Authentic leadership, the ADHD way. No time-blocking or click bait ‘systems’.

Our CPD-Certified Leadership Development Programme is for you if:

  • You are a successful, ADHD / AuDHD professional, feeling stuck trying to wedge yourself into neurotypical leadership frameworks.

  • You have read the productivity books, tried to Eat That Frog! or practice The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People, but it just doesn’t work for you.

  • You feel like you are not getting the best from yourself and your team, or you are transitioning to a different way of working and influencing.

  • Outwardly you seem fine, but secretly you feel chaotic and overwhelmed.

  • You are saying yes to everything, battling perfectionism, and feeling burnt out.

  • You feel like you are capable of more, if only you were able to get unstuck and reach your potential.

For group training cohort (5 to 15 people required).

FEEDBACK ON OUR TRAINING

HELENA

You are not alone

Your Trainer, Helena Territt

Having spent 20 years working in HR, completing an MSc in Executive Coaching, becoming a Fellow of the CIPD, and reading upwards of 200 leadership and self-help books, it was only when she was diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, that Helena Territt finally had the lens which brought it all into focus.

This programme shares the tools that were most helpful as a neurodivergent leader, and which ideas and frameworks should be consigned to the bin - even if they seem to work for everyone else

You will build your own manifesto of how YOU work at your best, how to manage your needs, and how to influence and lead at a senior level.

Helena is a CIPD Chartered Fellow and the Neurodivergent Leadership Development Training Course is officially CPD certified.

HATCHED Training helps you to:

Get sh*t done

Learn how to work WITH, not AGAINST your unique brain, and with your emotions to beat procrastination. Understand the common blockers and amplifiers of your attention, and how to coach yourself through rumination and ‘stuckness’. Build your own unique systems for habit stacking, task shifting, and getting started.

Deal with other people

Learn the skills to lead a diverse team, communicate across neurotypes, manage difficult conversations with confidence, handle professional negotiations, and have impact at a senior level. Sometimes managing upwards is the hardest part, especially if we add a little RSD or impulsivity to the mix.

Remember who (TF) you are

Build Internal authority, understand your needs and boundaries, manage your emotional and energetic budget, anchor in your strengths and access your personal brand; instead of masking and contorting yourself into someone else’s idea of success.

"The best training I have ever had in the Civil Service."
