We are delighted to announce that our Neurodivergent Leader Training programme has been officially certified by The CPD Certification Service.
It’s a milestone we’ve been working towards for a while. Every delegate who completes the programme now receives a CPD certificate, and the organisations who book it know the content has been independently reviewed.
What does CPD certification involve?
The CPD Certification Service assesses training against Continuing Professional Development principles. They looked at how the programme is structured, whether its learning objectives are clear and measurable, how relevant it is to people’s professional development, how we check what participants have learned, and whether the content is accurate, up to date and evidence-based.
What is Neurodivergent Leader Training?
Helena Territt designed the programme for successful neurodivergent professionals who feel stuck trying to lead within neurotypical frameworks. You don’t need a diagnosis to take part. Delegates work through 8 areas of leadership and self-development in 8 or 12 hours of coach-led modules, in groups of 5 to 15, either in person or live online.
We tailor every programme to the organisation booking it. So far it has been delivered for public and private sector teams across the UK, including the UK Civil Service.
