Helena Territt West Midlands Coaching & Mentoring Pool - Neurodiversity in Coaching CPD
The West Midlands Coaching & Mentoring Pool run by West Midlands Employers, is an innovative, large-scale, practitioner-led project that is part of an ongoing drive to improve public sector performance. High profile organisations subscribe to the pool (including 23 Councils, 3 Police Forces, 2 Fire & Rescue Services, 5 NHS trusts / boards, and the Gambling Commission), collaborating to provide cost-effective internal and external coaching and mentoring across the West Midlands, with the vision of ‘Enabling people to become the best they can be, whatever the work environment’.

The event brought together coaches, mentors and supervision facilitators to learn about neurodiversity in coaching. Over 90% of delegates found Helena’s Neurodiversity in Coaching CPD session to be ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ and all delegates who provided feedback agreed that the event increased their knowledge around neurodiversity. Over 80% agreed that the session increased their confidence in working with coachees who are neurodiverse.
