When I first drafted a coaching bio for myself, it said that I worked with different thinkers, people who won’t stay in their lane and who question the way things should be. People like me - quirky but effective.

I had some puzzled feedback from my coaching colleagues and I wondered whether this was a step too far for a 'corporate, executive coach'.

A few years later I am happy to report that my clients are billionaires, CEOs, surgeons, start-up founders, senior execs, investment bankers, entrepreneurs, creatives, musicians, lawyers....

Many of them are 'corporate' and some of them are also 'neurodivergent'. But they are all highly successful, brilliant thinkers, doing things differently.
